How long have you been racing for?

Probably 1990 or 1991 was my first go, so, 17 or 18 years

When & where was your first race and how did you get on?

Peterborough, Mk 4 'tina, got spun and jumped out of the car, but left the

ignition on and the car was also in reverse, someone then gave it a slow (ish) head-on,

which re-started the thing and coz the tick-over was set ridiculously high,

it chugged round backwards in big lazy circles, attacking nearly every other car on the track,

whilst I stood by the armco.... Embarrased doesn't come close to how I felt.

What's your favourite track?

Don't have a favourite, happy to race wherever I can. Though Arena is always that bit special, probably because I have only ever done the Firecrackers there, which is always a great meeting.

And what's your least favourite track? 

All the closed ones, like P'boro, Braintree and Whizzo, just ticks me off to see them being used for houses or shopping centres.

What's been your favourite moment of your racing career?

Far too many to mention, crashing, being crashed, scoring a nice motor for cheap money, 2 day meetings with beer and barbies, I could go on........

And what's been your worst moment of your racing career?

I broke a guys leg at Peterborough once, felt bad about that, but after I got jiggy with his

daughter, so maybe it should be in the above answer too!!!!

What is your favourite car to race?

Unfashionable, slow, rusty heaps of s****.

What is your least car to race?

Non-runners, god I hate cars which dont run!!

What do you currently have in your stockpile to race?

Nowt, nothing, nil, nada, zip, zilch, none!

Any Ambitions You would like to achieve in banger racing?

I am happy continuing racing occasionally, having fun, finding a rare, unusual or rubbish motor

and getting it wrecked.
